About myself
Since adolescence, I have been interested in personality typology and psychotherapy as a way to better understanding of oneself and to alleviate subjective emotional suffering. Driven by this curiosity, in 2018 I obtained a Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology from Vilnius University.
During my studies, I focused mainly on trauma psychology. I volunteered and later worked as a consultant at a specialized comprehensive support center. There, I gained knowledge and practical experience not only in the dynamics of domestic violence, but also in the fields of human rights, gender equality, and LGBTQ+ issues. This experience highlighted for me the importance of accepting one’s uniqueness. I noticed that imagination and art often helps to endure and transform deeply traumatic experiences of violence. When something distressing takes on a visual form, it becomes possible to grasp and explore it, and it is easier to be with it.
Thus, in 2018 I completed training in art therapy and began applying my knowledge in practice while working as a medical psychologist in a mental health center and a day hospital. My interest in the meanings of symbols and in the depths of the personal and collective unconscious grew rapidly. Consequently, in 2025 I obtained a qualification as a Jungian psychotherapist.
Since 2021, I have been engaged in private practice as a psychologist-psychotherapist. I consult both individuals experiencing post-traumatic, emotional, or relational difficulties, as well as those who wish to explore the depths of the unconscious and move toward a more conscious and authentic way of living. In my work, I often incorporate art therapy methods, as well as dream and fairy tale analysis.
