About us
Lithuanian Association for Analytical Psychology (LAAP) unites Jungian psychoanalysts and Jungian psychotherapists. The association was founded in 2007, but the origins and history of analytical psychology in Lithuania go back at least several decades.
In August 2016 at the 20th International Congress of Analytical Psychology (Kyoto, Japan), the International Association for Analytical Psychology (IAAP) accredited the Lithuanian Association for Analytical Psychology (LAAP) as a training institution which meets international requirements. Currently the representative of Lithuania prof. dr. Gražina Gudaitė serves as President-Elect of the International Association for Analytical Psychology (IAAP).
LAAP members and affiliates are not only united by a deep interest in C.G. Jung's Analytical psychology, but also a rich experience of communion. The association is composed of members, associated members, candidate members, and honorary members .
