About myself

I am a curious and inquisitive person who believes in human inner resources and that even in the most difficult life situations it is possible to find meaning. I am guided by the idea: “To strive, to seek, to find, and not to give up.” In my work, I aim to create a safe and accepting space where a person can feel heard, understood, and supported.

• 2003 – Bachelor’s degree in Public Health, Kaunas University of Medicine
• 2005 – Master’s degree in Public Health Care Management, Kaunas University of Medicine
• 2012 – Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Vytautas Magnus University, Kaunas
• 2014 – Master’s degree in Health Psychology, Vytautas Magnus University, Kaunas
• 2017–2022 – Studies in Analytical Psychotherapy, Vilnius
• 2025 – Qualification as a Jungian-Oriented Psychotherapist

Professional Experience
From 2014 to 2019, I worked as a medical psychologist in the aviation and air navigation sector, at the children’s care home “Užuovėja”, and at a center for children who experienced sexual abuse in Vilnius, as well as in the inpatient rehabilitation unit of Kaunas Republican Hospital. Since 2015, I have been engaged in private practice, providing psychological counseling and individual psychotherapy.
Since 2014, I have been working as a lecturer. I have taught at the Kaunas branch of Vilnius University and the Kaunas branch of the Vilnius Academy of Arts. Since 2017, I have been a lecturer at Utena University of Applied Sciences.

Member of the Lithuanian Association of Analytical Psychology (LAPA)

Areas of Interest and Practice
I work within the framework of analytical (Jungian) psychology and psychotherapy. I have a special interest in dream and fairy-tale analysis. I work with trauma psychology, adolescents, and their families. I am interested in the assessment and support of gifted children and the specifics of their upbringing and education. I am a co author of several scientific publications examining the impact of distance learning on students’ intellectual abilities.
I am involved in projects related to the prevention of violence and bullying based on gender and disability among school students. In my work, I use elements of art and sand therapy. I enjoy photography, painting, and writing poetry. I believe that art and creative expression help build bridges toward inner healing.
